যে হিন্দোল হৃদয় রাগিণী,
পরজের পারিজাতে মধু বায়।
বাহিরের বাহারে যে চিত্রশোভা,
বসন্তের বাতায়নে প্রাণ পায়।

English Translation

Chaturanga

That lilting cadence of the Hindole raga,
Resonates with the nectarous breath of Paraj’s bloom.
The bahar;s ornate splendor, a celestial tapestry,
Finds its essence in the zephyr of Basant’s embrace.
